Sign up online — it takes about 5 minutes.

All sign-ups happen through our secure client portal. You'll create an account, add your dog's profile, and upload vaccine records. We'll review and reach out to schedule your meet-and-greet.

How it works

Three steps to your first day.

Sign up online

Create your account in our client portal, fill out your dog's profile, and upload current vaccine records (rabies, DHPP, bordetella).

Meet & greet

Once we review your application, we'll schedule a free in-person evaluation. We get to know your dog's personality and make sure they'll thrive in our pack.

Start playing

If everything looks great (and it usually does!) you can book your first daycare day, boarding stay, walk, or grooming appointment right from the portal.

Checklist

What to have ready.

To speed things up, gather these before starting your application.

Vaccine records — rabies, DHPP (distemper / parvo), and bordetella (kennel cough). PDF or photo works.
Spay/neuter status — for dogs over 7 months, if applicable.
Vet contact info — name and phone of your dog's primary vet.
Emergency contact — someone we can reach if you're unavailable.
Your dog's quirks — any allergies, fears, dietary needs, or favorite ways to play.
